I am hearing so many asking this question and i see them go here and there in hope they get a proper answer to there question.Some of us are lucky and know what it takes to keep their relationships safe and others just stand there watching from a distance and might spend the rest of their lives wondering why......
I always say there is no manual for human communication and human ties,especially relationships .
Because relationships are very delicate and sensitive,we need to handle it nice and easy.No need to rush in or take irresponsible action.You can see i deal with the relationship as a living thing.Indeed the relationship is two people gather to become one,that makes it as alive as they are.
And because the relationship is between humans that makes it human as well,so let’s apply the human’s rules on it.The human is first born ,then a baby,then a teenager,then turns to be an adult and eventually dies.
That’s pretty much the relationship phases right?.Two people first meet,then admire each other (pregnancy),then they move to next level they love each other(baby),then they start to go through the life’s problems,their own problems and their fights and living sometime in questioning their lives and their choices,they might even have a break from each other and that’s the most rough period in any relationship (teenager).After experiencing these challenges and get though it that means they reached the safety shore in one piece.At this stage they are ready to take the responsibility of loving each other (adult).
The bottom line is any relationship involves two parties and if they ever want things to work out between them ,they should take their responsibilities and fulfill their duties towards each other.As they are both responsible for making it works,they also are both responsible for things getting worse.
